CRIM 301 - Criminology Research Methods 3 Credits Provides an introduction to basic criminological research methods and is designed to prepare the student to understand and participate in quantitative and qualitative research. The focus is on the logic and theory of criminological research, the formulation and testing of hypotheses, research design, sampling, methods of data collection, evaluation and analysis, and the ethics of conducting research in criminology. Prerequisites: CRIM 101 , MATH 220 .
