				Department Chairperson - Dr. Jessica Jost-Costanzo The Liberal Arts curriculum begins with a broad core of instruction in the humanities, behavioral/social sciences, and natural sciences. The courses provide students with a well-rounded academic experience and give them much flexibility in designing their personalized programs. Students can choose to earn either an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree. Associate of Arts Humanities and Social Sciences: Students must complete at least 15 credits in the humanities and/or social science areas with a “C” or better and meet all other associate degree requirements. Program Goals: 
	communicate information clearly and effectively both orally and in writing;demonstrate an understanding of quantitative, scientific and/or qualitative reasoning;demonstrate an appropriate base of content knowledge of the Humanities and Social Sciences; andarticulate one’s own moral and ethical perspectives. |
