LW 465 - International Law 3 Credits The basic principles and practices of contemporary international public law are examined under the following broad categories: the nature, history, and sources of international law; the participants within international law; international organizations, including the United Nations; the peaceful and non-peaceful settlement of disputes between state and non-state actors; the law of the sea and international environmental law; international criminal law; and the future of international law. Prerequisite: Junior Standing.
