VAS 210 - Abdominal and Pelvic Vasculature 3 Credits Students in this course will learn the gross and microscopic anatomy of the abdominal and pelvic arterial and venous systems, as well as normal and abnormal function and pathology of blood flow to the organs of the abdomen and pelvis. Complete testing protocols and diagnostic criteria will explained and demonstrated in the classroom and laboratory setting, while applying the physical principles related to abdominal and pelvic vasculature. Various diagnostic evaluations and treatment options will be discussed. Prerequisites: DMS 100 , DMS 200 , DMS 205 , VAS 206 Co-requisite: DMS 202 , DMS 401 , VAS 220
