BUS 101 - Introduction to Business

3 Credits
This course is designed for non-business majors. It will provide an overview of the functional areas of business. Topics such as business ownership, business communications, entrepreneurship, and business ethics/social responsibility will also be explored. In addition to providing an understanding of the business world, students will be exposed to the various career opportunities in business. The various programs, specializations and concentrations offered by the Business Department will be highlighted to provide undecided students with an overview of departmental programs and opportunities. Prerequisites: None
