DMS 450 - Echocardiography Clinical Practicum I

12 Credits
For students enrolled in the Cardiac track of the Ultrasonography program, students will be exposed to the diagnostic medical sonography clinical setting, incorporating the knowledge and skills presented in prior DMS courses into the clinical setting.  Students will be introduced to echocardiography scanning of patients and point of care sonography.  Emphasis is on practicing skills with supervision.  Pre-requisite: DMS 305  and DMS 350 , Co-requisite: DMS 420
